Feminists are just slightly scary

Tonight, I was shelving journals downstairs at the library, (I was subbing for Pat, this isn't one of my normal shifts.) when I came across a remarkable set of volumes. About thirty or so journal editions all in slightly varying shades of pink. Some were so close in shade and color that I could barely tell them apart. Then I noticed the title of this journal. The Feminist Family. O_O One can only wonder if this range of colors was purposeful, done in order to confuse poor males who think pink is pink is pink. It was quite amsuing, actually. :)

The bonfire that Moyer Hall was going to go on tonight was cancelled because of "inclement weather." Frankly, it stopped raining over an hour ago, and hall council never seemed very enthusiastic about the whole idea. They're supposedly rescheduling. I was looking forward to it for tonight though . . . :-
My weekend is going by fast, especially since Stephanie lent me a book that I've been reading. :) Books always make time move very quickly for me. I've been known to read for whole days straight without remembering to stop to eat or use the bathroom. I guess you could say I become engrossed . . .

That's all for today, folks.

Only SLIGHTLY scary? I find them downright frightening. And who said you could use my emoticons? ;)

I think it's pretty normal to read a book until you're done and not eat or anything else until you're done. I do that very often, but I have before.

Well I can remember going into your room in the middle of the night (a school night I might add) and have to tell you to put the book down and get some sleep! Yes you do get hooked into a book and there are a lot of other things that aren't nearly as good to be hook on. Sorry your bonfire was canceled. Its been very foggy here, so all outdoor burning has been banned for several days too.
