Okay, so I lied. I'm going to post again. . . . Today. ;) I thought my last entry was a little bit . . . blah, so we'll make this one more fun. I usually include some sort of visual imagery in my blogs, and as I was driving around Yakima (doing that shopping I was talking about earlier) when I started waxing poetic. Or at least waxing thoughtful. :) Low clouds have been hanging around Yakima recently (As I discovered on my way to pick Andy up. Hooray for a five-foot visibility radius!) and today was no different. Except, with Yakima being in a valley, when low clouds roll in, it's like a cap has been put on the sky. There's no blue sky visible anywhere (unusual) and the tops of the hills are hidden. It's slightly weird to look up and see a place where the sky seems to start. I'm used to it being pretty boundless here. That's one thing I love about summer skies. :) They look so open and cheerful.
I bought The Princess Bride for my family today. Well, we'll see if my mom likes it enough to buy it off me. ;) If not, I own another DVD!!! Hooray!!!! (If I were Steve the Beav, that sentence would end with something more along the lines of "!!!1!!!shiftone!!1!1!!!!" which I find enjoyable, in spite of the fact that he blocks my pandas on AIM. :-\ ~sigh!~
I still do not have all my shopping done . . . Yakima is seriously short on the shops. Maybe I'll have to go all the way to somewhere like . . . Selah, or something . . . ;)
See almost all of you guys on Sunday!

It's me, happy!

Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!1!!!shiftone!!1!1!!!! Selah. As if Selah has anything there. Ok, so the last time I was there, I did spy a very tempting looking bookstore.....but they were closed! Selah is therefore even more sad than Yakima. My vote for worst town in the area, however, goes to Sunnyside, if only because of the smell. I'd say keep the DVD, personally. Despite what some people may say, that movie is definitely worthwhile, unlike Princess Diaries 2 (hinthint, Sally). We own the Princess Bride, and it is truly classic, and made all the cooler by the special features. :D And don't worry, Bonnie. Steve is from North Carolina. You can't expect someone with such a different background to appreciate something as fine as those pandas. I totally miss them and you when you're away at college. :) And finally, Kim, my brother is getting me the Relient K book for Christmas. Heh. We'll see how it is.
What does my being from NC have to do with that?! ANYONE who has a low tolerance for cuteness find those pandas too much to handle.
And yes.....you people are slowly becoming more l337 everyday!!11!!11!!1@11!shiftone!!~!`21one
Selah. That ranks up there with Yakima. I think that Steve is antipanda because he's a boy more than anything.
Sally
You see, this is just another reason why Dan needs instant messenger. That weirdo actually has a fairly large stuffed pink bunny which he has named 'The Cuteness'. I think he'd probably appreciate the pandas. :) And Steve, heh, calm down. It's ok that NC people have a low tolerance for cuteness, I guess...
:)
Come on.....you cannot be too busy to post at least a measly blog post at least once a week.
